This coconut leaf-wrapped otah features 100% fresh blue crab claw meat blended with over 10 types of finely ground spices and rich coconut milk. To give it a true local twist, we’ve infused it with our signature chilli crab sauce. The texture is soft and smooth, and when BBQ-ed, the coconut leaves release a fragrant aroma that enhances the otah’s flavour.
