Nasi lemak

This traditional coconut leaf–wrapped otah is made from a blend of fresh fish paste and more than 10 finely ground spices mixed with rich coconut milk. The result is a soft, smooth texture with an aromatic flavour. When grilled, the coconut leaves release a delightful fragrance that enhances the overall taste of the otah.
