With the help of our partner, The Slice House, we marinate it in their signature homemade mala sauce for a delightful numbing sensation. The texture is soft and smooth, and during BBQ-ing, the banana leaves release an irresistible aroma that enhances the flavour of the otah.

This traditional coconut leaf–wrapped otah is made from a blend of fresh fish paste and more than 10 finely ground spices mixed with rich coconut milk.
